Cycling Ireland and Isle of Man, April 2007, and Ireland, October 2010


From April 2 to 29, 2007, I cycled Ireland and the Isle of Man, starting at Ennis near Shannon airport and riding clockwise. Upon reaching Belfast I went by ferry to Douglas on the Isle of Man and cycled around Mann in two days. In all, I rode 22 days for about 900 miles (1450 km). The map shows my route (blue lines) and places where I stayed (green dots).
  In October 2010 I toured mainly in the northwest by car (orange lines), staying at the places with red dots.
